Five Most Painful Places to Get Tattooed

As you probably know, being repeatedly pricked with a needle has got to hurt, but did you realise that some parts of your body are much more sensitive than others?
Fleshy parts of your body (like the thigh or upper arm) are usually less painful than
areas where the skin and bone are close together, like the ankle, rib cage, etc.
These spots tend to have more nerve endings too, making it a lot more painful.
Of course some people have a higher threshold for pain than others. To many people,
(like myself) the pain is soon forgotten, once I feast my eyes on my newly finished work of art.
Below are a list of the five most painful places to have tattooed - read 'em and weep!!!!!!

1 The eyeball.
You might think who on earth would get their eyeball tattooed.Well,
apparently there are some doctors in the U.S. who actually do permanent eye
makeup onto a disfiguring blind eye, making the eye look more normal.
Of course with the nerves in your eye, this would be unimaginable without
anaesthetic.

2 The mons pubis.
As you can imagine there are many nerves down below, making it
a little on the nippy side! (I would imagine).

3 Top of the foot.
Very popular with the ladies this one.It looks great when you're
barefoot in summer, but because there's not a lot of fat on top of your foot,
this is one place you should tread carefully when considering a tattoo
especially if it's your first one.

4 Behind the ear.
Not much in the way of fat around this area. Mostly just skin, bone
and nerves. Ouch!

5 The chest.
Especially if you're skinny! This is one time you guys with the six pack, might wish
you had just a bit more fat on you!

Ask your tattooist how long your tattoo is likely to take and if you're squeamish don't look
